Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the parking reservation services offered by O’Hare Blue Sky Parking (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at ohareblueskyparking.com.

By completing a reservation you agree to these terms in full.

Reservations

Reservations are held at no charge and no payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is collected at the lot when you pick up your vehicle at the end of your parking period. The final amount due is calculated based on your vehicle’s actual entry and exit times at the lot.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time at no charge. There is no cancellation fee. There is no penalty for no-shows. If you do not arrive for your reservation, no charge will be applied.

Pricing

Daily parking rates are subject to change without notice. The rate displayed at the time of your reservation is an estimate. Your final charge is based on actual time parked as recorded by lot staff at entry and exit.

Payment

Payment is due at the lot at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and mobile wallet payments.

Vehicle Liability

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. O’Hare Blue Sky Parking is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss to your vehicle or its contents while parked at our facility. We strongly recommend removing valuables from your vehicle before parking.

Valet and Shuttle Service

Valet and shuttle services are provided as a courtesy. While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care, O’Hare Blue Sky Parking is not liable for incidental damage that may occur during the normal course of valet operations. Any damage claims must be reported to lot staff before leaving the facility.

Shuttle Service

Our complimentary shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shuttle wait times may vary depending on demand and traffic conditions. We are not responsible for missed flights or any costs resulting from shuttle delays.

Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left beyond the reserved departure date without contact will be subject to additional daily charges at the standard lot rate. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information provided at the time of reservation.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information at the time of reservation. O’Hare Blue Sky Parking is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
